The Nile International Education System comprises of four educational stages:
- Kindergarten (KG1 & KG2)
- Elementary Stage: G1-G6
- Preparatory Stage: G7-G9
- Secondary Stage: G10-G12
Nile International Education System (NIES) Certificates
The Nile International Education System offers 2 certificates:
- Certificate of Nile International Preparatory Education (CNIPE): Offered at the end of Grade 9.
- Certificate of Nile International Secondary Education (CNISE): offered at the end of Grade 12 and qualifies students for university entry.

النموذج التعليمي لشهادة النيل الدولية
نموذج النيل التعليمي هو نموذج متكامل ثنائي اللغة يبدأ من مرحلة رياض الأطفال وحتى الصف الثاني عشر ويستهدف:
- إعداد مواطنا مصريا عالميا، منتميا لبلده، منفتحا على العالم، واعيا بالقضايا العالمية، متقبلا للثقافات الأخرى، قادرا علي استخدام التكنولوجيا للتواصل مع العالم، متحضرا، متسامحا، باحثا، مسئولا، يتمتع بمهارات المثابرة والانضباط الذاتي، وحل المشكلات.
- تنمية مهارات الطلاب الفنية والموسيقية والرياضية من خلال مناهج حديثة للفن والتصميم والتربية الموسيقية والتربية الرياضية تساعدهم على اكتشاف قدراتهم الإبداعية والاعتزاز بمواهبهم.

البرامج التعليمية لنموذج النيل التعليمي
يشمل نظام النيل التعليمي أربعة مراحل تعليمية متكاملة:
- مرحلة رياض الأطفال (1) و (2)
- المرحلة الابتدائية (الصف الأول -الصف السادس)

الشهادات الممنوحة للطلاب
يتيح النظام للطلاب الحصول على شهادتين تصدرهما جامعة كامبريدج البريطانية بالشراكة مع وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني
- الأولى بعد إتمام مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمسمى: شهادة النيل الإعدادية الدولية | Certificate of Nile International Preparatory Education (CNIPE)
- الثانية بعد انتهاء التعليم قبل الجامعى في نهاية الصف الثاني عشر والتى تؤهل الطلاب للإلتحاق بالجامعات فى مصر والخارج بمسمى: شهادة النيل الثانوية الدولية | Certificate of Nile International Secondary Education (CNISE)

NEIS Admission Requirments
- The age of the student applying for the KG1 should not be more than 4 years, 11 months and 29 days on the first of October of the 2024/2025 academic year.
- The Pre-KG applicant’s age should not be more than 3 years, 11 months and 29 days on the first of October of the 2024/2025 academic year.
- At least one of the parents should have high university degree (at least a Licence’s or a Bachelor’s degree, with a copy of the certificate degree), provided that the child is under his parentship or legal guardianship (evidence of legal guardianship of the child must be submitted).
- The child must pass the required tests that cover the following skills: (math skills, general knowledge/information, motor skills and thinking skill) and pass the behavioural and personal appearance tests.
- In case of the equal scores of the admission tests, age is a preferential condition so that the oldest is chosen.
- Only the parents of the accepted students are notified, and the parent may ask about the position of his/her son/daughter, whether or not he/she is accepted.
- The parents (or the child’s legal guardian) must be present for the personal interview, and in case of the absence of the parents, an official power of attorney certified by the land registry is submitted to apply to the Nile Egyptian International Schools or by one of the Egyptian embassies abroad at the parent’s workplace or what indicates the educational mandate of the child.
- The objective of the parent/legal guardian interview is to determine the appropriateness of the educational strategies followed by Nile Egyptian International Schools with the convictions and information of the parent to ensure good cooperation.
- The parent/legal guardian signs all the pledges and declarations determined and approved by Nile Egyptian International Schools Administration to ensure full compliance with the financial, administrative and educational systems determined by the company and schools, while complying with all the rules of admission terms.
- Admission results are announced on NEIS admission site.
- Parents need to make sure that all data and documents submitted are verified; in case of figuring out any incorrect data or documents or concealing any information about the child’s condition), the school administration has the right to dismiss the student immediately in any academic year, and the parent/guardian has no right to any claims or compensation.
شروط الالتحاق بالصف الأول لمرحلة رياض الأطفال (KG1)
- أن يكون سن الطالب لا يقل عن 4 سنوات ولا يزيد عن 4 سنوات و11 شهر و29 يوم في الاول من أكتوبر من العام الدراسي 2025/2024.
- أن يكون الطالب سليماً من أي إعاقات نفسية أو ذهنية أو غيرها من الاعاقات التي تحتاج إلى برامج خاصة.
- أن يكون أحد الوالدين على الأقل حاصلاً على مؤهل جامعي عال (بكالوريوس أو ليسانس على الأقل مع تقديم ما يثبت حصوله على هذا المؤهل)، بشرط أن يكون الطفل تحت ولايته أو وصايته قانوناً (يجب تقديم ما يثبت الوصاية القانونية على الطفل).
- يقوم ولي الامر أو الوصي القانوني على الطالب بتقديم استمارة التقديم الالكترونية مطبوعة وموقعة من ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني بصحة البيانات وستكون مسلسلة حسب رقم الطالب في قاعدة البيانات مع باقي الأوراق المطلوبة للمدرسة المتقدم لها ولا يعتد بأي طلب غير موقع من ولى الأمر أو الوصي القانوني أو غير مسلسل.
- اجتياز الطفل الاختبارات المطلوبة والتي سيتم تحديد موعدها عبر الموقع الخاص بالتقديم، وتشمل الاختبارات المهارات الآتية: (المظهر الشخصي والسلوك، مهارات الرياضيات، المعرفة/المعلومات العامة، المهارات الحركية، مهارات التفكير)
- لابد من حضور الوالدين (أو الوصي القانوني على الطفل) للمقابلة الشخصية.

يتم تقييم الوالدين (أو الوصي القانوني علي الطفل) وفقاً
للإطار

(مقابلة الشخصية مع إدارة المدرسة يتم من خلالها تقييم ولي الأمر – أو الوصي القانوني عن الطفل - على أساس معلوماته وقناعاته وسلوكه في تربية طفله والتعامل مع الغير بما يتلائم مع منظومة المدرسة التربوية وحسن التعامل مع إدارتها). - يتم قبول الطلبة طبقاً للأفضلية المطلقة لمجموع الدرجات (تقييم الطفل + تقييم ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني). في حالة تساوي الدرجات، يكون السن شرطاً تفضيلياً بحيث يقبل الأكبر سناً.
- يتم الاستعلام عن نتيجة القبول على نفس موقع التقديم.
- أن يكون ولي الأمر مسئولاً عن توصيل نجله/كريمته من وإلى المدرسة في حالة قبول نجله/كريمته بالمدرسة وليس له/لها مكان في الأتوبيس أو لا يصل الأتوبيس إليه.
- يقوم ولي الامر أو الوصي القانوني بالتوقيع على كافة التعهدات والإقرارات التي تحددها وتقرها إدارة المدرسة بما يكفل الالتزام الكامل بالنظم المالية والإدارية والتعليمية التي تحددها إدارة المدرسة مع الالتزام بكافة قواعد شروط القبول المتضمنة في ملف قبول الطالب أمام الموظف المختص بالمدرسة.
- في حالة تقديم ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني بيانات أو وثائق غير صحيحة أو إخفاء أي معلومات عن حالة الطفل يحق لإدارة المدارس فصل الطالب من مدارس النيل المصرية الدولية حال اكتشافها في أي عام دراسي وليس لولى الأمر أو الوصي القانوني الحق في أي مطالبات او تعويض.
Required Documents
If the student is accepted, the Parent/guardian must submit the following documents:
- The electronic form (printed after completing it) from the official website for submission.
- 8 recent personal photos of the child.
- The student's original birth certificate (electronic).
- An original or certified copy of the father's qualification or the mother's qualification, unless the qualification is included in the national ID card.
- A copy of the parent’s/guardian's national ID card, with the original being submitted for review upon submission.
- Students’ affairs in each school may request further documents that could support the admission of the child/student, whether a new submission or a transfer.
