NIC PD STRATEGIC GOALS
NIC PD Vision
NIC PD Dept. provides trainings and other professional development support for Nile Egyptian Schools’
staff members such as school leaders, teachers, school librarians, HR personnel, lab specialists and assistant staff.
To achieve its aims, NIC PD department conducts some research to identify PD needs, develop staff appraisal’
tools and PD materials and evaluate the effectiveness of PD practices :
